Colin should have graduated from Lake Travis High School this May in the Class of 2022. This year, we acknowledge and honor this milestone. Thank you, Jeff and Jana, for turning your tragedy into triumph and creating Colin’s legacy through Colin’s Hope and the work done to prevent drowning.

Join us at the Star Hill Ranch on Sunday, May 22 from 10:30AM-2:00PM. We will have a food truck brunch, a variety of beverages (cocktails, beer/cider, sparkling water, and champagne), and graduation cake. You will wander the beautiful Star Hill Ranch ad learn about what Colin’s Hope does to prevent drowning along the way. Try your luck at chicken poop water safety bingo or our raffle, hit the bullseye with The Smashing Hatchet, listen to the Lake Travis Fiddlers, and grab your beverage from the saddlebag of a miniature “beer burro” or from the bar in the saloon. You can shop at our Kendra Scott Pop Up or just mingle with friends. Then join everyone for the program and LIVE auction, with the Cowboy Auctioneers to raise essential funds for Colin’s Hope as we try to raise at least $500,000! We’ll finish the event with cake and champagne to toast this milestone. Why should I support Colin’s Hope through the Colin’s Hope Graduation Tribute to Prevent Drowning?

Each year, Texas loses almost 100 children to fatal, preventable drownings. Additionally, it is estimated, for every fatal drowning, at least 8 times as many children survive a non-fatal drowning often resulting in long-term physical, emotional and psychological trauma as well as financial hardship for the family. Colin’s Hope has a goal to raise at least $500,000 at the Colin’s Hope Graduation Tribute to support our year-round efforts to prevent drowning and acknowledge what should have been Colin’s High School Graduation. We need supporters like you to invest in our work so that we can reach more children and families with our life-saving education.
